My First Blog

Wow so this is what it's like. I've heard about, read about it, but never actually done it. I didn't even know were to do it, but thanks to my uncle I'm here, talking with you, right now. Wow this is weird. I don't even know what to say. Ha ha. I feel like I should be saying something scandalous about Lindsey Loan or something profound like my uncle. And Yet my mind is drawing a complete blank. I almost want to talk about my day but then that seems to mundane. *Sigh* Well I guess I'll come back when I have something to say. LoLs

  1. Not a bad start. At least you are honest.

Most bloggers chew up a whole lot of digital landscape, and never say anything more meaningful than what they just ate, something scandalous, or something negative about someone or something. They seem to think that profanity can replace punctuation, structure, and clarity of thought... which it cannot. Entering their blogosphere is like entering the toxic atmosphere of some poisoned planet.

If there is something good, or true, or beautiful in their text, tweets, or postings... it is often like a nugget of gold, and must be searched for through tons of useless rock, mud, sand, and water.

Want to know what to write about? Write from your heart. Write with intelligence, wit, and thought. Read what you wrote a few times before you post it. It's OK to edit and revise. And use a spell and grammar checker (built into every word processor, but not into the blog editor). Oh, yeah... you might want to verify the spelling of names, too (hint, hint). LOL!!!
